Before becoming the Managing Director of Gravitate Digital, Saxon was instrumental in helping Aquatic Achievers Swim School grow their swim schools to serve lessons to over 15 thousand kids per week.

He also managed all facets of two worldwide Ecommerce brands; snowboardaddiction.com and skiaddiction.com, helping grow them from a garage into 9 international warehouses and an ever-growing community supporting the brands.

Saxon brings over 15 years of experience growing both service and eCommerce businesses from startups into national and international brands. Saxon’s foundation is a degree in Psychological Sciences, which gives him a solid understanding of consumer behaviour and an in-depth understanding of business numbers and advertising statistics.

Whether it’s a question about eCommerce, digital marketing, shipping and logistics, product research, or even product invention; Saxon has the experience and passion for helping others and purposefully guides you and your team in the right direction.

Zoe has worked in big 4 accounting and financial controller positions throughout her career and found freedom in working with her husband (ironic). Zoe is the Ying to Saxon’s Yang, offering a calm balance to the ideas and strategies that Saxon creates. Zoe is an expert with numbers and in understanding a business and its optimal performance.

Living for over 6 years in Canada, Zoe is passionate about snowboarding and adventuring outdoors.

Jake is a versatile individual with a diverse range of interests and experiences. With a background in biological sciences and marketing, he possesses a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Jake has a great passion for travelling and different cultures which lead him to live the last five years in Spain where he helped set up and run his partner's vegan catering business.

Since returning to Australia he can generally be found at the beach fishing or surfing!

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Public Relations and Mass Communications, Majoring in Marketing I have worked in the marketing and advertising industry for over six years.

I have had the privilege of partnering with a multitude of clients and industries, with expert skills in brand strategy, paid advertising, business development, marketing and copywriting. I hold a strong interest in consumer psychology and prioritising brands that build lasting and meaningful relationships with consumers.

Jarred has built his own small businesses from the ground up from website builds and brand design, to managing social media accounts and building paid advertisement strategies. JD as he’s known to us, has a background as a data analyst and is a self-proclaimed Microsoft Excel specialist. His true passion however, lies in the creative industry, specifically photography and videography.

JD first studied Game Design majoring in CGI then returned to uni to complete a Bachelor of Commerce where he learnt most of his business applicable analysis and accounting skills.

JD is an addicted snowboarder making yearly trips to Japan to enjoy the best snow, food, and culture in the world. Outside of chasing powder around the world, his hobbies include following all major US sports, English Soccer and the Rabbitohs.

Keeley, having worked in marketing for some time, has run her own publishing and content marketing business over the last decade. A lover of beach life, hikes and a passion for photography, Keeley has also succumbed to the pickleball craze and surf club life with her family.

Having lived in many tropical countries around the world including Mexico and the Caribbean, Keeley is currently living her best life here with us on the Gold Coast, Australia - A far cry from the harsh winters of her hometown, Vancouver.

Joining us fresh off the back of graduating from his dual degree in Psychology & Business. Darcy brings an energetic presence to the team with an analytical, yet creative mind with an interest in improving businesses through multiple marketing platforms.

With his unique blend of skills and experiences, Darcy contributes to GRAVITATE Digital's innovative initiatives.

On his weekends, Darcy spends his time mostly at the gym or at the golf course taking in everything the outdoors has to offer, including supporting his beloved Bulldogs week in week out.

Dan, originally from England, moved to Australia with his two kids and has since welcomed a third. He began his career as a carpenter but always had a passion for computers, which evolved into a strong fascination with e-commerce and online marketing. After spending years working solo in the e-commerce space, Dan joined GRAVITATE to be part of a team and connect with like-minded individuals.

He’s eager to continue learning, expand his skillset, and share the knowledge he's accumulated over 12 years in the industry. Dan’s interests include football (soccer), building e-commerce stores, and email marketing.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing, Lauren has developed an extreme passion for the marketing and e-commerce industry.

Lauren is Social Media savvy and can spot a trend quicker than TikTok changes its algorithm. Her favourite part of the marketing industry is being able to work collaboratively and creatively.

In her downtime, you’ll find Lauren at the beach drinking a spicy marg or cuddling her fur baby, Blue.

Eden grew up riding horses in country NSW before moving to the east coast as a teenager. She bought her first car hosting taco stalls at rave festivals at the age of 16. Her background in entrepreneurship and enthusiasm for small business was the catalyst to go on and study a diploma of Visual Communication. Alongside branding design, Eden enjoys campaign strategy building and copy writing.

Fun fact: Eden works as a pilates & meditation teacher on the weekends.
