GRAVITATE Digital is a performance digital marketing and business growth agency for medium to large scale clients in eCommerce, property and professional service businesses. We serve clients locally, Australia wide and globally. We are known for our deep and thorough expertise in PPC ads, social paid advertising, SEO, email, content creation, UGC and digital growth.

Our team has grown professional service, property and eCommerce businesses around the world, turning concepts into cult brands. We thrive with brilliant people, innovative brands and conscious businesses. We have clients in extreme sports, health, medical, fashion, food and beverage (FMCG & wholesale), professional services such as law firms and accounting firms; right through to smarter building products and tech startups.
We invest heavily in ongoing team training, running weekly training sessions with external consultants and experts who share insights to keep our finger on the pulse with digital evolutions.

You:
☑ You live in Southern Queensland or Northern NSW; including Byron Bay, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Murwillumbah, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Please do not apply if overseas or currently outside of these locations.
☑ You can attend our Tweed Heads South based head office 2-4 times per week.
☑ You have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit and can action ideas to completion. Whilst you take feedback and direction well, you can self-manage your workflow priorities to deliver on needle-shifting outcomes for clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
☑ You are a problem solver by nature who can keep your cool in stressful situations. You can handle multi-tasking multiple streams of work simultaneously to achieve deadlines.
☑ You have a degree in management, marketing, psychology, communications, media, business, accounting, statistics, administration or similar.
☑ You have 1+ years of experience in key leadership/management roles with P&L accountability. You are confident in business operations and holistic business growth.
☑ You love being very hands on and visible with colleagues and clients. Initiative, communication and work ethic are strong character traits you exhibit.
☑ You’re a certified digital marketer with experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, website development, SEO, social media management and/or email marketing. Don't know it all or have the digital certifications? We're down to teach and mentor you if you have the attitude and passion to learn fast. We run weekly training sessions with our team to keep a finger on the pulse with digital evolutions. This role requires learning these skills if not already proficient.
☑ You have excellent copywriting, grammar and spelling skills.

☑ You have a suitable at home working environment and a great internet connection.
☑ You are capable of working collaboratively with a team and can confidently liaise with clients.
☑ You're a problem solver by nature and can keep your cool in stressful situations.

☑ You consider yourself a self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic.
☑ You’re passionate about this space of growing businesses using paid advertising and digital marketing.
☑ You are analytical and logical. Interpreting stats is a big part of the job.
☑ You are accountable and you keep your word. These are stand out traits you pride yourself on.
☑ You nerd out on numbers, yet have a creative flare that supports your data lead decisions.
